Weekly Classes

Hot Yoga at Rebar
Mondays at 6:30pm
Class starts with warm ups and then moves into creative flows, giving you space to move on your won. The pace of class will build to one breath, one movement and can feel fast paced. The room is heated, as well as building heat from within can make for a sweaty class – bring water and a towel! Reach out to me to join!

Vinyasa at Midland Yoga Collective
Saturdays at 8:00am
With roots in Ashtanga yoga, we will move through warm ups and create flows, giving you space to move on your own. The pace of class will build to one breath, one movement, the class can be fast and building heat within the body will make the overall room hot.
